Dungeons and Dragons
Welcome to a world of adventure!
Dungeons and Dragons club encourages thoughtfulness and teamwork, as well as allowing certain pupils to embrace (unfamiliar) leadership roles, together with forward planning and some mathematical thought (for those who get involved in the mechanics of the games).
We have played a variety of story-based games in a wide range of settings, with a lot of creativity from both players and organisers.
Seeing pupils gain confidence enough to take control of this activity has been the most rewarding part of running the activity.
“ The single most inspiring thing about the pupils here is that they often go the extra mile, right across the ability spectrum. ”
