Riding: Bede’s Student Rides for Great Britain

Felicity

After appearing in the latest edition of Horse and Hound, Bede's student Felicity Collins has many reasons to celebrate - including being selected to represent Great Britain at U18 Level.

Felicity, who is now in the Upper Fifth and a member of Charleston House, won two classes at the start of the holidays and returned from Haras Du Pins, a 3-day international competition for Pony Riders in Normandy, France.

She represented Great Britain and was placed 7th, finishing with only dressage penalties and was clear within the time in the gruelling Cross Country and Show Jumping events.

This experience has further set Felicity up for the European Pony Championships next summer.

Bede's Headmaster Dr Richard Maloney said of Felicity's accomplishments, "Very well done to Felicity. Her riding is going from strength to strength. I am so impressed by her achievements."
