Cricket: Ray Estwick Earns Awards at Barbados International

Lower Sixth Dorms House boarder Raynaldo Estwick is enjoying a wonderful summer of Cricket back in his home country of Barbados.

Ray played in the Sir Gary Sobers International Tournament finals where he scored the most runs and the highest individual score in the tournament - 136 not out.

Ray is pictured above receiving his prizes from Sir Everton Weekes as the legendary Sir Gary Sobers, in whose honour the tournament is named, looks on.

Director of Cricket at Bede's, Alan Wells, said "Ray is a fantastic player and has had a great season at Bede's being instrumental in helping the team win the Langdale Cup recently. We look forward to Ray continuing his great form next season for Bede's."
