MFL: Cooking Crepes in French!
Bede's Lower Sixth French class recently delved into 'la culture Française' during one of Ms Ganivet's lessons, testing our culinary talents with an hour of crêpe making.
Despite adding one too many eggs (les œufs), we managed to avoid a culinary disaster and, after creating the perfect batter, we put our crêpe flipping talents to the test.
After a few attempts, we succeeded in making le crêpe idéal!
We topped the crepes with traditional ham (jambon) and Emmental cheese (fromage).
We left the lesson feeling both very cultured and perhaps a little inspired to improve our own cooking abilities.
