Training twice a week, Bede's Basketball programme focuses on improving fitness and skills both as a team and individually.

Aided by individually created training programmes, we monitor progress through the use of video analysis and statistics. This aids in developing the team's knowledge of the game and prepares them for complex game situations.

We encourage and emphasise teamwork to build a positive atmosphere and heighten player motivations, ultimately leading to high performance outcomes.

Together with developing offensive and defensive strategies, Bede's basketball team has an increasingly bright future.
