Grounds Worker

We currently have a very exciting opportunity, looking to take on an experienced, hard-working Grounds Worker to provide a high level of maintenance here at Bede’s.

As part of the Estates department, you will be expected to deal with general, planned and reactive Groundworker duties in accordance with specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are suitable and safe for students, staff, parents and all visitors.

The chosen candidate will be a driven individual who has previous experience in grounds work and has the ability to work both in a team and individually.

It is essential to have CITB training with CPCS or equivalent training qualification.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
