Medical Receptionist & Administrator

Bede's requires a dedicated individual to join our Medical Centre as a Medical Receptionist & Administrator.

We are a vibrant, inclusive co-educational school covering age ranges from 3 months to 19 years. The Medical Centre provides care for a number of pupils with varying needs and we require an experienced Medical Receptionist & Administrator to join our Senior School.

Reporting to our Clinical Services Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide an efficient and professional receptionist and secretarial service as part of the Medical Centre. To be a forward facing key member of the team that oversee and take care of the medical needs of the pupils, staff and visitors at the School. 

We require someone that has excellent communication skills, who is organised and is able to conduct professionalism and confidentiality including dealing with prescriptions, appointments and liaising with local authorities.

This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week on a term time only plus 4 weeks contract.
