At Bede's, our focus is on helping pupils discover their passions, grow academically and feel completely supported every step of the way. We offer an outstanding all-round education packed with exciting new experiences and highly regarded pastoral care.
We believe the journey matters as much as the destination.
We know that choosing the right school can feel a bit daunting, which is why we would love to welcome you through our doors so you can experience life here first-hand. Many families may join us for an open day, but we also encourage families to return to experience the School on a normal working day.
From there, we invite children to join us to experience the School for themselves, whether that be for a taster day at the Prep School or Upper School, an Bede’s Experience Day or Sixth Form Information Day at the Senior School; our sports enthusiasts are invited in for personal training sessions with our expert coaches and dancers to join in with Legat classes. Whatever age or interest a child has, our aim is that they get to know us and we them.

Nursery and Prep School Entry
The Prep School provides a nurturing and compassionate environment for children from three months old through to Year 8 (up to age 13), supporting every stage of their early educational journey.

Pupils at Bede’s School in Sussex are celebrating today after delivering another record-breaking performance, securing the school’s best-ever GCSE results. Just under half (47%) of all grades awarded were at the highest 9–7 level (or equivalent).

Pupils at Bede’s School are celebrating a historic academic milestone today, having achieved the finest A Level and BTEC results in the Sussex school’s history. An impressive 84% of all grades were awarded at A* to B, with a third of all grades (33%) achieved at the top A* level (or equivalent).
