For the purposes of data protection, St Bedes School Trust (Sussex), including its governors and trustees, is the data controller who is legally responsible for any personal data you supply to us. This personal data will be processed for the legitimate interests of managing the admissions process, and will be held as detailed in the Trust’s Retention of Records Policy, or until you request that your personal data is removed. Members of the Trust regularly review records and any unnecessary duplication of records are destroyed. Where data is shared with third parties, the Trust will ensure that it has adequate procedures for data records to ensure that the information is managed in accordance with policies, relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.

As part of the admissions process, we will contact you with admissions-related information such as future deadlines, open mornings, taster days and other admissions events as well as news and activities on offer at St Bedes School Trust (Sussex).
