To mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day - commemorating the end of the Second World War in Europe - on Friday 8 May 2020, we have collected a series of recollections of the day from members of the Bede's community.

Whilst we remember the celebrations, we are also commemorating those who made many sacrifices to ensure that others had the opportunity to grow up in a free and peaceful Europe.
