Economics

Economics is far more than just the study of money.

By examining everything from the "micro" decisions of individual consumers to the "macro" policies of world governments, our pupils develop a sharp, analytical mindset. At Bede’s, we bring the subject to life by connecting classroom theory to real-world events, ensuring our pupils can navigate the global economy with confidence and clarity.

Either Economics courses can be studied alongside Business or Marketing. The A Level Economics course follows the CIE specification, enabling pupils to do multiple re-sits of their AS exams.
