Our Community and Volunteering programme provides Senior School pupils with empowering opportunities to connect with local charities, lead civic initiatives, and champion social justice. Whether engaging with local care homes, supporting local food banks, or taking leading roles in regional environmental conservation projects, our pupils develop a grounded perspective and a genuine commitment to serving others.
These initiatives play a pivotal role in nurturing confident, compassionate leaders ready for university and adult life. Pupils can earn prestigious awards through structured pathways such as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) and dedicated community service modules, which build resilience, teamwork, and independence.
Farther afield, our transformative international volunteering trips - such as supporting community developments in Nepal or participating in wildlife conservation initiatives in South Africa - allow pupils to broaden their horizons, understand global challenges firsthand, and discover the lasting joy of giving back.
