Netball
Coaching is led by our Head of Netball Jodie Kavanagh. She is supported by Head of PE and Level 2 coach, Mary-Jane Newberry, and former county player Kyra Merchant. Training takes place on both indoor and outdoor courts.
Training Programme
A pre-season training programme runs in the Autumn Term, with training for seniors during Monday activities and for juniors during Tuesday activities. There is also additional training after school on Wednesday evenings. A full fixtures programme operates during the Spring Term, including the Sussex Independent Schools Netball Association league, with training during Monday, Tuesday and Thursday activities. Pupils can also participate in the Eastbourne Netball League on Thursday evenings. During the Summer Term, training takes place on Wednesday evenings.

Monday 11 May was an incredible day of cricket at Bede’s as we hosted the prestigious Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) for two fantastic fixtures.
