Since its foundation in 1978, Bede’s Senior School has had a strongly international outlook and a diverse boarding community has been at the heart of the School throughout its 40 year history.
Bede's boasts five stunning boarding houses, two of which were recognised by the Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2013 for their Outstanding Design and Innovation
It is a testament to this tradition that our pupil reunions are always well attended by ex-pupils who are now based overseas, often in person and sometimes via the joys of modern technology.
We are exceptionally proud that Bede’s presently has nearly 30 nationalities represented in our boarding houses. Families and friends of families recommend our school to one another and while this diversity breeds further diversity, it also contributes to the profound sense that Bede’s is its own distinct, welcoming community.
