Pupils Get Festive with Christmas Cake Decoration
Rachael Woollett, Deputy Head

On the last day of term, pupils and staff got into the festive spirit with another fantastic Christmas Cake Decorating Competition.

A highlight was the number of homemade decorations, which showed real creativity and made the finished pieces even more special.

Huge thanks to our school caterers Holroyd Howe, Mrs Lethbridge and Mrs Waymark in the Food department for all their help and the impartial judges.

Charleston took the top spot, this time for their winter wonderland of a cake featuring Olaf from the beloved Disney film, ‘Frozen’.

Knights’ handmade penguins and snowmen won them 2nd place.

In third place was Bloomsbury, with their comical upside-down santa cake.

Brilliant designs were presented from all houses - very well done everyone, and Merry Christmas!
