Careers Engagement and Mentoring

The Careers and Employability Service at Bede’s aims to inspire our students and enhance their education on the opportunities for professional routes and career industries.

Preparing our students for their time beyond Bede’s is a vital part of this service, whether that is planning to go to university, college or a specialist institution, take a gap year, an apprenticeship or enter straight into the world of work.

We do this via an extensive all year round programme, including lunchtime seminars, industry Q&A sessions, our annual Careers and Universities Fair, personalised career profiling with students, assemblies and also via individual careers appointments.

Industry contacts to support this agenda are vital. We are always increasing our network through our professional links and alumni contacts.
